First UK hire – Private Equity Lawyer

Job Description

I have been exclusively instructed on a first UK hire position for an experienced corporate M&A / private equity Lawyer to join a global investment firm with investment teams and operations in Europe, Asia, and the US, focusing on entrepreneur-led businesses.

The role will report to the head of the team based in Asia and will collaborate closely with investment teams in London and the US to provide legal advice on various multijurisdictional transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments, capital structuring, divestitures, and general corporate advisory work.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate M&A lawyer with a strong background in private equity transactions from a top-tier law firm or in-house at a reputable investment house. You should be a team player with a high level of work ethic and capable of managing multiple projects.
