Job summary

Cardiff City Football Club is seeking a Performance Analyst to support the first team analytics function. You will manage learning plans for players, maintain extensive video and data databases tied to our game model, and deliver post-match and opposition analysis to inform coaching decisions.

The role also involves assisting with the capture and processing of training and match footage, contributing to the long-term development and performance of the squad in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Performance Analysis or Sports Science (Desirable).
• MSc in related field (Desirable).
• Experience with professional football analytics environments is advantageous.

• Support the first team performance analysis department with learning plans for players.
• Maintain comprehensive video and data databases linked to the club’s game model.
