Derby County Football Club, established in 1884, is one of the founder members of the English Football League and has a rich and varied history, including two First Division titles in 1972 and 1975 and an FA Cup success in 1946. The club are currently playing in the Sky Bet Championship, the second tier of English Football following their promotion from League One in the 2023/24 season and is under the management of Head Coach John Eustace. Derby County Football Club is seeking to recruit a Lead Recruitment Analyst to join our Category One Academy at Moor Farm. The role will support the First Team Recruitment department with talent identification. The successful candidate will have to continue to build the recruitment department's Power Apps and Power BI dashboards and databases. The role will require a strong understanding of the use of statistics and data in football, as well as excellent presentation skills to produce accurate and easy-to-understand visualizations. The role will involve working closely with the club’s data team and Sporting Intelligence department to further develop the club’s recruitment apps. The successful candidate must also be proficient in Sportscode and video editing software to produce player highlight packages and profiles.
Competitive salary, dependent on experience. The role is full-time, working 35 hours per week. Due to the demands of a professional football environment, working evenings and weekends is required.
