Job description

An independent practice in Oldham, Greater Manchester, is seeking a confident, motivated, and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This role is a unique opportunity for a veterinary professional who appreciates the value of continuity of care and is eager to manage a variety of intriguing cases from start to finish.

The Role:

  • This role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants. The practice is also open to considering locum arrangements in the interim. The ideal candidate is expected to start as soon as possible.
  • The practice prides itself on offering a work-life balance and clinical freedom, with no out-of-hours (OOH) requirements.
  • The role is varied, encompassing routine care, preventative healthcare, and a mix of consultations and surgical work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first opinion caseload, including routine care and preventative healthcare
  • Conducting a variety of consultations and surgical work
