Job summary

Flexjet Helicopters in the United Kingdom is seeking a qualified First Officer to join our growing aviation team. The role involves flying duties under the Captain, maintaining a high standard of discipline and professional conduct, and supporting CRM and safety culture across flights.

Candidates must hold UK ATPL(H) or CAA CPL(H) (or EASA equivalent), instrument rating, and 500 rotary hours, with UK Passport or right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• UK ATPL(H) or CAA CPL(H) or EASA equivalent for validation.
• Instrument Rating
• 500 hours Rotary Total Time
• UK Class 1 Medical
• ELP Rating – level 5
• S-92, AW139, S76, AW109 type rating
• UK Passport or Right to work in the UK
• Previous experience in Commercial or Corporate aircraft desirable
• Military or North Sea experience desirable
• Right to travel in Europe and to Flexjet destinations
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, shifts, holidays and overnight trips
• Line Training completion required

Responsibilities

• Functionally responsible to the Captain for all flying duties.
• Maintain a high standard of discipline, conduct and appearance.
• Support the Captain in developing professional expertise and morale.
• Support the Captain in crew discipline and appearance.
• Perform flight duties per Operations Manual and aircraft type.
• Assist Captain with administrative duties related to the flight.
• Maintain crew coordination and CRM to ensure safety.
• Greet passengers and assist with seating and luggage.
• Conduct passenger briefings as required.
• Perform additional duties as required by the business.
