Job summary

Flexjet seeks an experienced flight crew member to support the Captain in delivering safe, polished passenger-focused operations. You will perform delegated duties under SOPs for the Praetor 600, provide timely advice, and uphold professional standards as part of a Flexjet crew.

Role requires 2,500+ total hours with 500 PICUS and 250 Multi‑Pilot Instrument Time, ME‑IR, MCC/Multi‑Pilot Rating, and English language proficiency. International travel and UK/EASA regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid EASA ATPL and Class 1 Medical.
• ME‑IR (A) on an EASA licence.
• Advanced UPRT or recent regulatory training.
• 2,500 total hours with 500 PICUS and 250 Multi‑Pilot Instrument Time.
• English Language Proficiency Level 5 (minimum).
• EU passport; right to work in Europe/UK; international travel.
• Knowledge of EASA and UK aviation regulations.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills; excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• IT proficient (tablets, email, word processing, web apps).
• Meticulous attention to detail; collaborative mindset; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Captain in the safe, efficient conduct of every flight and deliver a refined passenger experience.
• Execute delegated flight duties per SOPs, aircraft limits, and procedures for the Praetor 600.
• Provide timely advice and assistance to ensure safe decision‑making and smooth operations.
• Maintain professional standards and support crew morale and teamwork.
• Perform passenger-facing duties: greet guests, assist seating/baggage, and deliver briefings as needed.
• Complete pre- and post‑flight inspections; assist with operations administration and crew coordination.
• Report safety events promptly to Fleet Manager; maintain medical certification and fitness to fly.
• Assist with ground tasks: loading/unloading baggage, snow/ice removal, engine cover handling, cleaning.
