Job summary

Pilot Assessments seeks a First Officer to support safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations on the Embraer Praetor 600/Legacy 500 platform. You will work with the Commander and flight operations team to deliver punctual, compliant flights while maintaining high levels of airmanship and discretion.

Base is Birmingham (BHX) in the United Kingdom, with duties potentially spanning domestic and international sectors in business aviation.

Qualifications

• Strong jet handling skills and robust IFR proficiency.
• Excellent situational awareness and CRM.
• Discretion and customer-focused professionalism for private/charter operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute all First Officer duties in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM review.
• Support the Captain with decision-making and effective CRM.
• Conduct accurate, timely checklists and aircraft systems monitoring from takeoff to shutdown.
• Coordinate with ground, maintenance, and dispatch to ensure on-time operations.
• Deliver a refined passenger experience with professionalism and discretion.
• Champion a just culture and continuous improvement.
