Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

The Role

We are looking for a First Line Support Technician to join our dedicated support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, providing essential support for a software and printing solution used in over 4,000 GP practices across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to and log support requests via phone and email, troubleshooting issues and escalating tickets when necessary.
2. Perform remote software installations and upgrades.
3. Assist in the preparation and configuration of equipment before deployment.
4. Manage incoming goods, record deliveries, and prepare equipment for dispatch.
5. Perform general administrative tasks as required.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can prioritise tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have:

1. Strong time management and organisational skills.
2. Experience using Windows 10/11 and an understanding of Office 365.
3. A basic understanding of IT and software solutions (training will be provided).
4. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Previous experience in IT support is beneficial but not essential.
