Klipboard in Bristol is seeking an IT First Line Support Technician to join our busy IT team on a full-time fixed-term contract. You will be the first point of contact for end users, handling calls, emails and portal requests, and you will work with escalation engineers to resolve issues efficiently.
You should have at least 12 months of IT support experience, knowledge of Windows operating systems, and a customer‑facing approach.

A fantastic opportunity to join a Bristol-based IT/Telematics specialist business as an IT First Line Support Technician.
The successful candidate must have a customer‑facing approach and experience supporting end users. You will have the support of other technical team members, and you will be readily available to answer phone calls, emails and web portal requests.
You will ensure that the customers received the highest level of support and work closely with escalation engineers to help resolve more complex issues. We will equip you with everything you need to know to support IT users and you will develop further skills through both technical training and hands‑on, real‑world experience.
