Pay Rate: £34, (Plus shift Premium)

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 5 off 7 (14:00 -22:00) Evening Shift

Location: Kettering - NN14 1UB

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to coordinate daily logistics requirements.

What does the role entail?

• Assist management by reporting on and monitoring warehousing activities and performance in your designated area.
• Supervise, implement, and coordinate productivity, communicate job expectations, and ensure deadlines are safely met while maintaining standards of excellence.
• Track and trace orders using digital in-house tracking software, maintaining accurate records.

What do we need from you?

• Previous practical experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader within a logistics environment - Essential
• Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
• Experience in preparation and distribution of volume orders
• Computer literacy with logistics software packages
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organize, and train staff
• Experience in staff development, 1-2-1 meetings, disciplinary procedures, workload management - Essential
