Shift patterns: 0600-1400, 1400-2200 on rotational basis, any 5 from 7
Location: Coventry - CV2 2TA

What you'll do
  • To directly assist the Senior Management team by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
  • To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, always maintaining standards of excellence
  • To track and trace orders using a digital In-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained and kept at optimum level
  • Conducting 1-2-1's, return to works and development planning for members of staff
  • Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!
This role would suit people who
  • Previous experience as a people manager within a warehouse environment is essential
  • Strong communicator - both written and verbal
  • Computer literate with a practical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is essential
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports.
