We are recruiting for a Transport First Line Manager in Wigan. You will lead a team of delivery drivers, ensuring smooth operation of our Transport function and delivering the best quality service to our customers.

• Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Leader/Supervisor in transport operations
• Good knowledge of Road Transport Regulations and a national CPC
• Adherence to ‘O’ Licence requirements
• Full UK driving license
• Experience in improving transport operations and operational excellence
• Strong people skills for influencing, coaching, and development
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
