About the role
As a Warehouse First Line Manager, you'll oversee the operational procedures of the warehouse and a team of Partners working in it to ensure the smooth running of our supply chain operation. You'll support the personal development of your team, creating a culture of inclusion and growth for everyone.
Salary range - For this role, the salary starts from £36,400 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Please note this role will attract a shift premium of 33.33% of the base rate, which is an additional earning of up to £12,132.12 per annum.
Contract type - This is a Permanent role.
Work Pattern - 37.5 hours per week, various shifts between the hours 20:00-07:00, 4 nights per week, working alternate weekends.
Location - Coulsdon Customer Fulfilment Centre.
Due to the working hours, you need to be 18-years or older to work in this role.
