The role
As a First Line Manager - CNC Turning, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Lead the team in precision manufacturing and CNC machining, driving excellence through leadership, innovation, and teamwork, whist playing a pivotal role in delivering critical defence projects.
Day-to-day, you'll undertake the daily planning of machining operations and management of industrial staff within a busy machine shop area to meet specified project delivery and ISO 9001 quality targets.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
