WHAT YOU'LL DO

• To coordinate and provide support and information on the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area during shift in individual approach
• To support shop floor team to deliver their results following the standards
• Individual Management

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment
• All Licenses and trainings operating on that site or area (i.e. LSHC requirements, sector or dangerous goods, etc)
• Good balance of Results and respect approach
• Ability to drive Standards within the direct team
