Shift patterns: Mon - Fir | 06:00-14:00

• Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries of cars to our customers
• Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
• Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• A proven leader who can inspire and mentor a team, winning hearts and minds.
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A hands-on approach, ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges head-on.
• Ability to execute site plans efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Experience working within a fleet function, managing a team of 25 drivers.
• A valid driver's license is preferable.
