A leading employee-owned business in the UK is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to oversee operational procedures and a team of Partners in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have management experience in a Distribution/Warehouse environment and a solid understanding of health and safety legislation. As a Warehouse First Line Manager, you'll oversee the operational procedures of the warehouse and a team of Partners working in it to ensure the smooth running of our supply chain operation. You'll support the personal development of your team, creating a culture of inclusion and growth for everyone.
Hours of work - 37.5 hours per week, any 5 out of 7 nights to include weekend working between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00
Contract - This is a permanent role
