A leading employee-owned business in Aylesford seeks a Warehouse First Line Manager to oversee warehouse operations. You will manage a team, ensure compliance with Health and Safety, and support personal development within the team. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours of work per week, including nights and weekends. Competitive salary and benefits included.
About the role
As a Warehouse First Line Manager, you'll oversee the operational procedures of the warehouse and a team of Partners working in it to ensure the smooth running of our supply chain operation.
You'll support the personal development of your team, creating a culture of inclusion and growth for everyone.
Hours of work - 37.5 hours per week, any 5 out of 7 nights to include weekend working between 22:00 and 06:00.
Contract - This is a permanent role.
