Job summary

EA Associates are recruiting experienced Carpenters for a live commercial refurbishment project. The role will focus on first-fix carpentry and the careful removal of existing timber roofing as part of the refurbishment programme.

You will perform timber framing, structural carpentry, studwork, joisting and other first-fix installations, working from drawings and specifications. Maintain a safe, tidy site and collaborate efficiently as part of a wider site team. Parking on site is provided.

Qualifications

• CSCS card or equivalent is required.
• 3-point PPE kit must be available.
• Enhanced DBS certificate is required.
• Full compliment of tools needed on site.
• Two contactable references required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out first and second fix carpentry to a high standard.
• Timber framing and structural carpentry tasks.
• Studwork, joisting and first-fix installations.
• Remove existing timber roof structures as part of refurbishment.
• Work from drawings and specifications.
• Maintain a safe, tidy site and work as part of the wider team.
