Job summary

EA Associates are currently recruiting experienced Carpenters for a live commercial refurbishment project. The role focuses on first-fix carpentry with additional works including careful removal of existing timber roofing as part of the refurbishment programme.

You will work from drawings and specifications, maintain a safe site, and contribute as part of a larger site team. Suitable applicants must have a valid CSCS card, 3 point PPE, a full set of tools, two referees, and an Enhanced DBS

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card required.
• 3 Point PPE required.
• Full compliment of tools required.
• 2 x contactable work references required.
• Enhanced DBS certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out first-fix and second fix carpentry works to a high standard.
• Timber framing and structural carpentry.
• Studwork, joisting and general first-fix installations.
• Removal of existing timber roof structures.
• Working from drawings and specifications.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
• Working efficiently as part of a wider site team.
