Were supporting a variety of inclusive, high-achieving schools across London in hiring Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistants for September 2025. Each role gives you the chance to work closely with children with additional needs, providing tailored support and encouragement as they grow academically and emotionally.
What you can expect as a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant:

  • Full-time, long-term contract starting in September 2025
  • Weekly pay between £450£525 (via PAYE)
  • One-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and Speech or Language needs
  • Experience working alongside SENCOs, Educational Psychologists, and other specialist staff
  • A strong foundation for careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Teaching, or Speech and Language Therapy

Your role will include:

  • Supporting childrens academic and emotional progress throughout the school day
  • Helping with literacy, numeracy, and behaviour interventions
  • Creating a nurturing, consistent presence for pupils who need extra support
  • Assisting in lesson planning and differentiated learning strategies
  • Monitoring pupil progress and adapting your approach accordingly
