Job Description:

As a First Class Host, you will receive a training salary of £23,731 per year (based on a 35-hour week) and £25,765 per year (based on a 38-hour week).

CrossCountry is looking to recruit a First Class Host to join their team at Manchester Piccadilly.

Our First Class Hosts are at the front line of our service, ensuring our customers have a great journey. Successful candidates often come from backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or catering, with strong customer service or sales experience.

The role involves selling refreshments and providing complimentary drinks to First Class customers. If you are communicative, customer-focused, and able to maintain high standards consistently, this could be the right role for you.

You will interact with passengers onboard and work closely with colleagues on the train and at local offices.
