Job description

First Aid Trainer & First Aid Trainee are required.

Position Type: Permanent, Monday to Friday

Salary: £23,590 - £25,276 dependent on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Locations:

My client is looking for fully trained First Aid trainers to join their team during a period of expansion. They are also seeking confident individuals eager to advance their careers and become first aid trainers. Full training will be provided, including a Level 3 qualification.

The Role:

To deliver and assess a variety of courses at your location, including First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal, Mental Health, etc.

Hours of Work:

This is a full-time role, primarily Monday to Friday during business hours. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet client needs.

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Driving license and own vehicle (mileage paid)
  • Confident and able to work independently
  • Enhanced DBS check required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training courses and conduct assessments professionally and consistently
  • Maintain current subject knowledge and professional competence according to organizational standards
  • Ensure all equipment is fit for purpose, properly cleaned, stored, and report any faults or damage
  • Arrive prepared, set up training rooms, liaise with venue contacts, greet learners, conduct risk assessments, and manage materials and equipment efficiently
