Job summary

SSG Training & Consultancy Ltd, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking a passionate First Aid Instructor to deliver accredited first aid training courses in Plymouth. You will ensure courses meet FAIB standards and provide engaging, interactive learning experiences to learners.

The role requires current FAIB First Aid instructor qualification (or equivalent), a teaching or assessing qualification, up-to-date first aid certification, strong communication, the ability to motivate learners, and a

Qualifications

• FAIB First Aid Instructor qualification (or equivalent).
• Teaching / assessing qualification (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education and Training).
• Up to date First Aid certification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid, and Paediatric First Aid courses.
• Ensure all training meets FAIB standards and awarding body requirements.
• Create an engaging, interactive learning environment.
• Assess learners and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Ensure training equipment is prepared and maintained.
• Represent SSG Training and Consultancy professionally, at all times.
