Job description

Trinity Fire & Security Systems, part of the PTSG Group, have been delivering businesses industry leading services in the Fire and Security industry for over 28 years. As we continue our growth into 2025, we are looking to strengthen our Project Delivery team with the addition of a Fire Systems Project Manager.

Location: Heathrow

The role of Fire Systems Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Trinity, you will lead allocated projects, specifically working with the aviation sector. The role involves taking ownership of project work in its entirety including elements of design, estimating, site surveys, project management, forecasting, invoicing, and completion documentation. This work is to be carried out in line with the Company’s quality and customer service standards for Fire Detection and PA/VA.

Key Tasks
  • Manage Projects/contracts activity and assist in developing appropriate strategies for maximising project profitability and delivery.
  • Manage all commercial activity on allocated projects and engage in commercial reviews as required.
  • Plan commissioning engineers as required for the department/Job.
  • Identify shortfalls in resource and advise necessary structure to achieve contract and added value elements of the contract.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the Fire industry, demonstrating a solid track record of success.
  • Deep technical expertise, with a strong understanding of the products, tools, and systems used in the Fire industry.
  • Commercial knowledge, with a strong understanding of JCT and NEC contracts.
  • A customer-centric mindset, consistently going above and beyond to deliver outstanding service and ensure customer success.
