Position: Project Manager

We seek a Project Manager to lead fire systems projects as part of our partnership with Transport for London (TfL). You will define project goals, manage budgets, track progress, and identify opportunities for improvement.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility for remote work and a presence in our Canning Town office 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple fire maintenance projects for TfL
• Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
• Ensure timely procurement of materials
• Develop logistics plans for project delivery
• Maintain project documentation
• Lead change control processes
• Organize project meetings

Candidate Profile:

Results-driven Project Manager with experience in fire-related projects, stakeholder management, and team coordination.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience managing fire systems projects
• Managing a programme of works valued at £1M+ annually
• Strong commercial and financial awareness

• Leadership and team coordination abilities
• Recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
