Job summary

Core Group is seeking an experienced Fire Stopper to support a construction project in Southend-on-Sea. The role includes installing fire stopping systems and fire-rated materials around penetrations, sealing gaps, and installing barriers while managing cables, pipes and ductwork.

You will follow manufacturers' specs, complete work to required standards and record progress. A valid CSCS card, relevant fire stopping qualifications and two checkable references are required, with a 6-week duration

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Previous fire stopping experience.
• Relevant fire stopping qualifications where required.
• Good understanding of fire stopping systems.
• 2 checkable references.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Installing fire stopping systems.
