Venatu Recruitment are proud to announce that a new client of ours who are specialists within the Fire Protection industry are now looking for Fire Sprinkler Projects Manager to join them as soon as possible! They pride themselves of being a leading figure within the industry offering several different Fire Protection & Sprinkler services such as design, fabrication, installation and commission for residential, commercial and industrial applications!

They're also one of the most established in their field having been trading for almost 40 years with a consistent focus of delivering the highest quality service which has amassed them an enviable reputation of being the best in the business within the industry! Due to the consistent growth and expansion their now looking for Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to join them ASAP!

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of sprinkler system installations for commercial and residential projects. This role requires a strong understanding of fire safety regulations and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ideally you will possess excellent project management skills and demonstrate leadership qualities while ensuring compliance with all safety standards. This an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in fire protection while contributing to the safety of our communities.

The is a full time role applying between £50k - £75k DOE!

Job Duties Include:

  • Manage all aspects of sprinkler system installation projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource allocations
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and local codes
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Utilise organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while adhering to deadlines.
  • Attend weekly progress meetings at our head office

The type of candidate they're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager or in a similar role within the fire protection industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in using IT applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other office software.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within set timeframes.
  • Solid working knowledge of fire sprinkler standards and codes including LPCB, BSEN9990, BSEN9251 and BSEN12845
  • Be able to confidently read architectural and MEP layouts in CAD format
  • Proven experience conducting site surveys, attending client meetings and involvement in site installations
  • A valid driver's licence is required for travel between job sites.
