Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager

Type: Permanent

Working with a growing Fire Protection company based in Willenhall, seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager.

The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of sprinkler system installations for commercial and industrial projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of sprinkler system installation projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment among project teams.
  • Understand LPCB, BSEN 12845, BSEN 9990 & BSEN 9251 standards.
  • Produce QA documentation and monitor programs to meet client expectations.
  • Attend weekly progress meetings at the head office.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Solid knowledge of fire sprinkler standards including LPCB, BSEN 9990, BSEN 9251, and BSEN 12845.
  • Experience conducting site surveys, client meetings, and site installations.
  • Ability to read architectural and MEP layouts in CAD.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting information and engaging with managers, clients, and authorities.
  • A valid UK driving license is required.
