Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager

Permanent

Working with a growing Fire Protection company who are on the lookout for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager to join their team based in Willenhall.

As a Sprinkler Contracts Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of sprinkler system installations for commercial and industrial projects. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager

  • Manage all aspects of sprinkler system installation projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local codes.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among project teams.
  • Have an understanding of LPCB, BSEN 12845, BSEN 9990 & BSEN 9251
  • Carry out and produce QA Documents
  • Monitor programs to ensure that client expectations and targets are met
  • Attend weekly progress meetings at our head office at least once a week

Qualifications & Experience Fire Sprinkler Contracts Manager

  • Solid working knowledge of fire sprinkler standards and codes, including LPCB, BSEN 9990, BSEN9251 and BSEN 12845
  • Proven experience conducting site surveys, attending client meetings, and involvement in site installations
  • Be able to confidently read architectural and MEP layouts in CAD format
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers, clients, AHJs, and the public.
  • Competent computer skills
  • A valid UK driving licence is required.
