Smoke Control & Fire Damper Engineer Job opportunity available with our client, a leading manufacturer of ventilation and indoor climate systems, offering a basic salary of up to £36k, door-to-door travel pay, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), and opportunities for progression and career development.

Our client has been a leading manufacturer of fire safety and ventilation equipment for over 50 years, specialising in fire dampers and smoke control systems for commercial buildings.

This is a remote role covering London and surrounding areas, involving Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) on fire dampers and smoke control systems in office buildings, schools, and hospitals. Full training on our client's advanced control systems, including panel maintenance and remedial works, will be provided.

Job Requirements:

• Strong background in ventilation, especially duct work, fire dampers, and smoke control systems
• Experience with maintenance and repairs on fire dampers and smoke control systems
• Located within a commutable distance of London
• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of smoke control panels is desirable but not essential

Salary & Benefits:

• Company vehicle, with optional personal use
• Door-to-door travel pay
• 33 days holiday including bank holidays
• Overtime paid at 1.5x, increasing to 2x
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (40-hour week)
