Job summary

RCC Connect is seeking a skilled Fire Service Engineer to service and maintain fire alarm systems across London and Kent. You will diagnose faults, carry out routine servicing, and respond to call-outs as part of a rota, while upholding safety standards and quality of service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems.
• Ability to commission one or more systems (Kentec/Advanced/Siemens/Gent/Morley/Edwards).
• Full UK driving licence and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine service and maintenance on fire alarm systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently.
• Respond to emergency call-outs on a rota.
• Ensure compliance with standards and company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Complete documentation and reporting.
