Job summary

Trinity Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality servicing, maintenance and technical support across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients in the Luton and North London region.

You will service and maintain a wide range of fire and security systems, ensuring compliance, reliability and exceptional customer service, supported by Service Coordinators and Technical Specialists to focus on engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant British Standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong technical understanding with a focus on electrical safety (ECA or equivalent desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits on fire and security systems.
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions.
• Complete minor remedial works and small-scale installations.
• Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures.
