Job summary

Trinity Fire & Security Systems is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to deliver high-quality servicing and maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. You will service a wide range of fire and security systems and be supported by dedicated coordinators and specialists to maintain outstanding engineering standards.

The role offers regional coverage with reduced travel, uncapped earnings from overtime and bonuses, ongoing manufacturer training, and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good knowledge of relevant British Standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong technical understanding with a focus on electrical safety (ECA or equivalent desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits on fire and security systems.
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant solutions.
• Complete minor remedial works and small-scale installations.
• Provide professional technical advice and updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant standards and company procedures.
