Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL seeks a Fire and Security Service & Maintenance Engineer to deliver preventative, reactive and remedial work across domestic and commercial sites in and around London. The role involves managing workload, reporting to the Service Manager, and ensuring high standards of safety and customer care.

Salary is £35k-£40k with pension, 28 days holiday, an extra day per year of service, and a company van plus mobile phone. Excellent opportunities for advancement in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of fire and security system principles and British Standards.
• Qualifications such as NSI/LPCB/C&G are required.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance to current standards.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated fire and security systems to professional standards.
• Carry out small works/repairs on domestic and commercial properties.
• Manage your own workload to complete jobs timely.
• Communicate daily with the office and clients face to face.
