Your Role as a Fire & Security Service Engineer

Maintain Fire and Security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements. Contribute to the team, strive to deliver world-class customer service, and be rewarded for your efforts.

• Maintain Fire & Security Systems in your assigned area.
• Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems.
• Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits.
• Maintain effective communication with customers for site visits.
• Manage stock levels with support from the Stores team.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
• Identify personal training and development needs to enhance customer service.

Systems Used

Fire: Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Ziton, Advanced, Morley, C-Tec, Protec

Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Menvier, Risco

CCTV: Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Generic Analogue Systems

Access Control: Paxton, PAC, Salto

Candidate Requirements

We seek candidates with:

• A technical background in electrical/electronic industry.
• Good knowledge of Fire and Security Systems.
• Experience with front-line customer contact.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• A professional, presentable demeanor.
• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
