Fire and Security Service Engineer (Temporary Sub - Contract Role)

V7 are looking for multi-disciplined service and maintenance engineers for an exciting long-term contract opportunity in the Northampton and Peterborough area. With this contract as a multi-disciplined service engineer, you will have the chance to self-manage and work on multiple housing sites across your area. The client we are working with is a national business that specializes in the security industry, and due to a number of major contract wins, they are looking for dedicated engineers to join their team.

Job Details

• 6 months rolling contract.
• Monday - Friday work (weekend work available)
• Covering sites across the Northampton and Peterborough area.
• Good experience in servicing and maintenance of fire, emergency lights, intercom, and access control.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in service and maintenance of security systems and fire panels.
• Ability to undertake service and reactive repairs.
• Must be DBS checked.
• Asbestos awareness, Manual Handling, and GDPR courses required before starting.
