Job summary

SECOM Plc is seeking a skilled engineer to install fire and security systems, including intruder alarms, IP CCTV and access control. You will ensure installations meet designs, client expectations, and compliance standards.

Reading plans, completing digital docs, ordering parts, and providing site updates are included. The ideal candidate has installation experience across security systems, knowledge of Pyronix, IP CCTV and access control, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven installation experience across security systems.
• Knowledge of Pyronix, IP CCTV and access control is a plus.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install fire and security systems to design specifications and client expectations.
• Read and interpret plans and drawings, complete digital documentation.
• Order parts, collect equipment and provide site updates to project teams.
• Liaise with internal departments and clients, meet strict deadlines, and assist handovers.
