Job summary

4Way Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Fire and Security Install Engineer to cover Leicester and surrounding areas, with projects across the Midlands. A basic salary of £35,000–£40,000 DOE, plus OTE £45,000+ and a company van (personal use available) is offered.

Door-to-door travel paid, no call-out rota, and opportunities for overtime and professional development in commissioning and security installations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing fire alarm systems.
• Fire-biased or fire-only engineer considered.
• Experience with Advanced, Kentec and Morley systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Based in or around Leicester or willing to travel across the Midlands.
• Eager to learn and develop additional skills.

Responsibilities

• Install fire alarm systems across commercial and domestic sites.
• Carry out occasional installation of security systems.
• Work with leading manufacturers including Advanced, Kentec and Morley.
• Assist with basic commissioning when required.
• Ensure all installations comply with current industry standards and regulations.
• Work independently and as part of an installation team.
• Complete work to a consistently high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.
