Job summary

SER Limited in London is seeking a skilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to service, maintain and fault-find on fire and security systems across major commercial sites, with a focus on the M25 Corridor. You will join a growing, award-winning business that invests in people and career progression.

The role offers a basic salary of 35,000–42,000 GBP DOE, door-to-door travel paid, a company van with a fuel card, private healthcare and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing fire and security systems.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm and security systems.
• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with manufacturers such as Honeywell, Texecom, Paxton and Hikvision.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain fire alarm and security systems
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults
• Complete service reports and relevant documentation
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team
• Participate in the call-out rota
