Job summary
Howcroft Executive Search Ltd is seeking a Fire & Security Engineer to cover the North West. The role involves installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of a range of Fire & Security systems, plus emergency callouts and fault diagnosis.
You will work from drawings, complete electronic reports, and liaise with the Helpdesk and team. The successful candidate will have 2–5+ years in the industry, experience with Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems, a full UK driving
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years’ experience within the Fire & Security industry.
- Experience with Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Installing, commissioning and servicing Fire & Security systems.
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
- Attending emergency callouts when required.
- Fault finding and diagnosing system issues.
- Working from drawings and job specifications.
- Completing electronic job sheets and reports.
- Liaising with the Helpdesk and wider engineering team.
- Identifying potential upgrade opportunities.
- Supporting colleagues with technical advice.
