Responsibilities

• Attend to maintenance calls (on-site or remote) as directed.
• Rectify faults on the first visit where possible.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Collect and record site configuration data.
• Maintain accurate and timely records.
• Provide out-of-hours support on a rotating basis.
• Commission small projects as needed.
• Conduct quality audits.
• Provide training to customers and colleagues.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements

• Experience servicing access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.
• Experience with fire alarm systems, ideally GENT-based.
• Broad IT knowledge, including Windows OS and networking.
• Attention to detail for paperwork and procedures.
• Team player capable of working under pressure.
• Must pass BS7858 screening.
• Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Additional screening for government site access.
