Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced Engineer to join the Fire & Security Systems Operations Field service team in Norwich.

You will deliver PPM, reactive calls, and small works, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will service, test, inspect, repair and install fire alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder alarms, maintaining proper documentation and records with clear communication and basic Word/Excel literacy.

Qualifications

• Experience with PPM and reactive calls in Fire & Security environments.
• Knowledge of RAMS and Health & Safety legislation is desirable.
• Ability to fault-find and work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to participate in training and upskilling.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, testing, inspection, repairs and installation of Fire alarms, CCTV, Access control and Intruder alarm/equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in a timely manner.
• Adhere to Health & Safety requirements and company procedures.
