What will you be doing

• Attend to maintenance calls (on-site and telephone) as directed by team coordinators.
• Rectify faults on the first visit where possible.
• Perform rolling preventative maintenance visits.
• Collect and record site configuration information.
• Maintain accurate and timely records.
• Provide out-of-hours cover on a rotating basis.
• Commission small projects as required.
• Ensure quality procedures are audited.
• Provide training to customers and colleagues as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

What we are looking for

• Experience servicing access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems.
• Experience with fire alarm systems, ideally GENT-based.
• Broad IT knowledge, including Windows OS installation and networking.
• Attention to detail to ensure paperwork and procedures are correctly followed.
• Enthusiastic team player able to work under pressure.
• Must pass BS7858 screening.
• Clean full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Additional screening may be required for some government sites.
