Job description

Are you a motivated Service or Installation engineer looking to take the next step in your career? You will be working on both domestic and commercial properties. Your role will include installing, maintaining, and servicing Intruder, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Detection systems. There is an opportunity to specialise in fault, service, or installation work within a sector of our business, depending on your strengths.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in some or all of the following:

• Fire detection
• Intruder alarms
• Access control / Door entry systems
• IP & Analogue CCTV systems with basic networking skills
• Dual Com monitoring
• Knowledge of other types of communication devices
• Conventional & Wireless Intruder Alarm Systems
• Conventional, addressable & Wireless Fire Alarm Systems
• Knowledge of all major brands of Panels & App-based systems
• Maintenance of Emergency Lighting
• Familiarity with all NSI codes of practice, Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance of all above aspects
• Knowledge of all current industry standards, EN50131, PD6662, DD243, BS4737, BS8243

You should also have excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and time-management skills. You will receive ongoing training and qualifications to develop your engineering skills in disciplines where you may be lacking, to enhance your success and progression within the business.
