Job summary

Secure and Recruit Ltd in Leicester is seeking a skilled Fire and Security Engineer to join a well-established team. You will service, maintain and fault-find across Fire & Security systems, working with alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder systems.

The role covers Leicester and surrounding areas with an excellent 1-in-16 call-out rota, a £36,000–£42,000 basic salary, overtime, standby payments and a generous benefits package designed to support engineers in a stable, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Fire & Security Engineer.
• Based in Leicester or surrounding areas.
• Able to work to industry standards and regulations.
• Familiar with Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and fault-finding across Fire & Security systems
• Working with Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out remedial and small works where required
• Completing work to the relevant industry standards and regulations
• Providing a professional service and building strong relationships with customers
• Covering Leicester and surrounding areas
• Participating in an excellent 1-in-16-week call-out rota
