Mercury Hampton Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to cover Liverpool and surrounding areas. You will install, service and maintain fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems while delivering high-quality customer service.

Ideal candidates have strong fault-finding skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. The role requires a valid UK driving licence and a commitment to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fire & Security Engineer.
• Good knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems.
• Fault finding and diagnostics.
• Planned preventative maintenance visits.
• Reactive call-outs.
• Service reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure all work complies with current industry standards and regulations.
