Job summary

INDJC is seeking a Fire & Security Engineer to cover Essex and surrounding areas. The role involves installation, service, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control on commercial and residential sites.

The successful candidate will carry out fault finding, small works, and ensure work complies with industry standards and regulations. A company vehicle is provided with an on-call rota and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, servicing and maintaining fire and security systems.
• Ability to fault-find and diagnose system issues.
• Experience with on-site hazardous environments and client-facing situations.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain fire alarm systems, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control.
• Fault find and diagnose system issues to restore operation.
• Carry out small works, upgrades and additions to existing systems.
