Job summary

4way Recruitment is seeking a Fire & Security Engineer to join a national Gent systems integrator operating across the UK. The role is based in Bradford with a base salary up to £40,000 plus an uncapped £55k+ OTE and a company van with private use.

There is ongoing training, progression, and a clear commission structure. You will install, maintain, and service fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms, while managing your diary, handling call-outs, and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Proven experience with fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
• Gent-trained or experience with Gent fire systems (highly advantageous).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service fire alarm systems (Gent experience highly desirable), CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms.
• Manage your diary and workload effectively to deliver high-quality service to clients.
• Attend call-outs and emergency repairs as part of a scheduled rota.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and health & safety regulations.
