A global security company is looking for a proactive Fire & Security Engineer to maintain and service systems across Cardiff & Newport. You will deliver excellent customer service, resolve service calls, and manage a vehicle and stock. Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in the security systems industry.
• Must have a clean full UK driving licence.
• Experience with intruder systems, access control, and CCTV systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service working closely with the Area Supervisor.
• Use PDA management software for service calls and maintenance.
• Attend and resolve service calls plus scheduled maintenance work.
